Common issues

  • Can’t sign in? Try sign-in, then use Forgot password. If your invite expired, email us.
  • Waiting on access approval? Check access status for the latest on your request.
  • Need to connect an inbox or calendar? Open the relevant tab in settings — Email accounts, SMS, or Scheduling.
  • Billing or plan questions? Email us with your workspace name and we’ll sort it.

Security or data concerns

For data deletion, export requests, or anything sensitive, email support@leadsprint.app with “security” or “data” in the subject so we route it correctly.
